First of all your interface is great - I know the above checkboxes say it but it really made the process so simple. The artwork templates leave no question to be asked and the instructions are great. One thing I thought was even better if possible though was that I got a call from the technician directly to tell me the bitrate was not correct on my audio and he offered software suggestions that allowed me to fix it and re-upload. His call allowed the process to not even lose a day. The CD's look awesome and sound just as I expected them to. Couldn't say enough good things - thanks!
