DVD replication is the standard industry process for making large quantities of DVDs and generally the lowest cost solution for orders of 500 or more units. In DVD replication, also known as DVD pressing or DVD manufacturing, discs are injection molded, metalized and stamped with digital file information. DVD disc artwork is applied using either offset or silkscreen printing. DVD packaging is printed using high-end digital presses or offset printing.
